Intro
Explore work from around the world that has helped us think differently about the questions we’ve been exploring. We’ve included these because they’ve engaged with similar questions to ours in some way, not because we’ve judged what they’ve achieved. We’re still agreeing how we choose them, so expect this list to change.
Example work
The examples are loosely sorted by four zones of culture – Told, Breathed, Lived and Built – and by whether they work mainly at the level of the self, the community or wider society.
These zones and layers aren’t silos – each is a fluid category, entangled and overlapping with the others.
So the sorting isn’t meant to be definitive, only useful for spotting connections, gaps and opportunities.
